How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for your order.

• Visit paddle.net and enter the email you used at checkout to find your order and request a refund.
• Or email us at hello@dmgacademy.org with your order number and we'll assist you.

What happens after a refund

Once your refund is approved, your access to the course will be revoked and the amount will be returned to your original payment method. Bank processing times vary but funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
