These Terms govern your use of The 3D Leader online course (the "Service"), operated by Global Conference of Bishops and Leaders ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or purchasing access, you enter into an agreement with us and agree to be bound by these Terms.
By continuing to use the Service you confirm that you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. You confirm that you are of legal age to enter into this agreement, or that you have the authority to bind the organization on whose behalf you are enrolling.
The Service provides online video lessons, transcripts, downloadable materials, quizzes, and a completion certificate. Access is granted on a lifetime basis for the version of the course sold at the time of purchase.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
You must not:
All course materials — including videos, text, transcripts, workbooks, imagery, branding, and software — remain the property of Global Conference of Bishops and Leaders or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your personal, non-commercial study only.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
See our Refund Policy for the refund window and how to request a refund.
We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. From time to time the Service may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our reasonable control.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if payment cannot be collected, if we detect fraud or a security risk, or if you repeatedly or seriously violate our policies.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
